A clear view of your information.
This notice covers the VisitDial early-access website and clinic setup workspace. A live patient-calling service requires a separate agreement and data-handling review.
What this workspace stores
When you sign in, we receive your account identifier and email from Sign in with ChatGPT. We store your clinic name, specialty, approximate appointment volume, locations, time zone, scheduling system, calling preferences, care-team phone, report email, and setup activity. We do not request access to your ChatGPT conversations.
Why we store it
We use this information to save your clinic setup, identify your workspace, scope a pilot, and keep a record of setup changes and activation requests. Creating a workspace does not subscribe you to marketing emails or start billing.
Patient information
Do not enter patient names, phone numbers, appointment records, or medical information on this website. Live calling environments are provisioned separately. Their access, data handling, service providers, retention, and required agreements are reviewed before activation.
Hosting and access
The website uses OpenAI Sites hosting and Cloudflare database infrastructure. Sign-in is handled by the hosting platform. Workspace information is scoped to the signed-in owner. Service operators may access setup records to provide and administer the pilot.
Cookies and retention
The sign-in provider uses authentication cookies. This application does not add advertising trackers. Setup information remains stored for the duration of your early-access participation unless removed. Provider infrastructure may retain operational logs under its own policies.
Questions and deletion
Email hello@visitdial.com to request a copy, correction, or deletion of your setup information. Please do not send patient information by email. You can update clinic preferences directly in your workspace. A self-service deletion control is not available in this early-access version.
